Are Management and Development the same thing?
No, they are two separate ways we work with models and talent.

If we have selected a model for Development, our intention is to prepare them for Management both in house and also other Non Exclusive Representation.
What is Development?
Development needs vary from talent to talent but can include some or all of the following:
Skill Training, Business Industry Training, Tests Shoots, Portfolio Shoots, Trade/TFP Shoots.
